• Catfish Breading = Gluten-Free; however our catfish is fried with other seafood items that contain wheat.

• All seafood is fried in a separate fryer from meat and sides.

• Fries = Gluten-free; however, our fries are fried with other items that contain wheat.

• Plant-Based Wings = Meatless (not Vegan-friendly); cooked in a non-meat fryer.

• Traditional (bone-in) Naked = Gluten-free wing option.

• Ranch and Blue Cheese contain dairy.

• We use clear cooking oil. (Our owner has a severe nut allergy by the way).
